Every metallic epoxy floor starts with professional surface preparation. We mechanically grind the concrete to remove weak spots, dirt, old coatings, and imperfections while creating the proper surface profile for maximum bonding strength. This step is what gives the floor its long-term durability and flawless finish.
Once the surface is fully prepared, we apply a penetrating epoxy primer that bonds deep into the concrete and creates the foundation for the entire flooring system.
Next comes the epoxy body coat followed by custom metallic pigments that are hand-worked into the coating to create depth, movement, reflection, and the signature high-end metallic effect. No two floors are ever the same; every metallic floor carries its own unique pattern and artistic finish.
To complete the system, we seal the floor with a premium polyaspartic or urethane clear coat that protects against scratches, stains, chemicals, UV exposure, and daily wear while enhancing the gloss and metallic depth of the floor. The final result?
